We offer a 30-day return policy on all unmounted items in their original packaging. We will not accept returns if there are signs of use or visible mounting wear. If item is defective or arrives with quality issues the product may be returned and exchanged for a new product. Buyer may be subject to pay shipping costs for returns.

Items damaged during shipping can be exchanged or refundable upon return.

Once production is complete, each item is carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on weather conditions and holiday schedules. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Please review terms below before going forward with an order cancellation.

Standard Cancellations:

• All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• For 'in stock' items, processing times are usually 1-2 business days, once items are packaged and prepared for shipment you are no longer able to cancel.
• For 'pre-order' items, processing time may vary. If your item is in production you are no longer eligible for cancellation. Production may start immediately upon confirmation.
• If your order has shipped you are no longer able to cancel. Please refer to refund policy.

Submitting a Cancellation:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery.
